When I compared myself and condition I was in a year ago - I realized what a dramatical changes had happened to me in just one year through practicing every day the methods of ECOLOGY of THOUGHTS! As it was said " practice makes it perfect"! Someone should not to loose the Belief. Just keep practicing the precious Knowledge in everydays life untill it becomes a natural way of living. What a pleasure!
